Our mission reflects our values: *Dedicated to Exceptional Personalized Service.* Our *AMJ Campbell Calgary* location is currently hiring for *2 Warehouse Supervisor positions* to support our growing operations. *Start Date:* ASAP *Location:* AMJ Campbell Calgary *Wage:* $23?$25/hour depending on experience *Responsibilities and Duties* * Lead and supervise a team of up to 8 warehouse staff * Begin each day with a team meeting and maintain attendance/sign-in logs * Oversee daily loading and unloading operations (with occasional physical assistance) * Ensure proper inventory management and accurate shipping/receiving logs * Identify, report, and document damages according to company protocols * Prepare and deliver reports for customers as required * Schedule warehouse staff and manage daily workflow * Order and track warehouse supplies * Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and warehouse standards * Answer calls and be available for urgent matters outside of regular hours *Qualifications and Skills* * Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs+ * Forklift certified (required) * Driver's license * Proficient with computers, including Excel, Word, email, and RAMP systems * Excellent communication skills and fluent in English * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Able to pass a City of Calgary Police background check * Safety training required; WHMIS and First Aid/CPR certifications are an asset * Must wear high-visibility gear, steel-toed footwear, and hardhat *Schedule* * 2 positions, opposite shifts, hours as follows * *Monday to Sunday:* 7:00 AM ? 4:00 PM * On call (may require physical presence) * *Availability:* Must be available 7 days a week, including statutory holidays * *On-call* availability is expected (24/7 for emergencies or urgent support) If you're a strong leader, safety-conscious, and ready to take on a dynamic role, we want you on our *AMJ Campbell Calgary team.* Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 ? 50 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Every Weekend * Monday to Friday * On call Experience: * Warehouse: 3 years (required) Language: * English (required) Licence/Certification: * Forklift Licence (required) Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2025-05-12
