*Responsibilities include but not limited to:*
* Repair of AC/DC motors, rewinding of Transformers; Armatures; Coils; Generators; 4000V and 575V Stators and any other relevant rotatory equipment.
* Ability to disassemble, accurately identification of parts, identification the exact location or condition of interaction of various parts, re-assembly of repair equipment after rewind.
* Able to determine winding failure mode, perform winding analysis tests, operate various machines and equipment required for the position.
* Test and document electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment as found and as left;
* Perform burn, strip, clean, construct, assemble, test, dip, VPI, cure and final test steps for coils, armatures or stators, transformers, generators of the rewind process;
* Perform dynamic balance of armatures and rotors as required.
* Perform on-site servicing and repair as required;
* Able to operate manual and/or automatic rewind machines;
* Excellent understanding of rewind processes for most electrical equipment.
* Able to identify replacement parts, key components for the rewind process of stators, coils and armatures;
* Basic testing of repaired motors, transformers, or other electrical apparatus to ensure proper performance;
* Able to follow basic operational and safety work instructions and ensure all processes are verified and proper processed safely

Security and Safety clearance.
Driver's validity license is a must.
Must be punctual and exceptional detail oriented.
Knowledge of winding machines (manual or automatic) and ability to use winding tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Basic machinery assembly experience will be an asset. Must have own hand tools/equipment.
Knowledge of basic arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and their applications.
High school diploma or equivalent technical training.
At least 10 years? experience electric motor rewind.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Able to follow basic health and safety procedures and protocols.
