We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
*Duties*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
* Assist with food handling and storage, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
* Help in the training of new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
* Follow all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen.

* Proficient in food preparation techniques and meal preparation processes.
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations within the food industry.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
