Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Schedule and confirm appointments. Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Perform general clerical duties. Order supplies and maintain inventory. Issue receipts and other forms. Provide problem-solving services to network users. Receive payment for goods or services.
