This position involves all general labor duties including shoveling, raking, & various other job related labor duties. Set up & clean up of sites and assisting others with various duties as required. Must be able to follow all company & job specific safety procedures and policies. We are looking for someone who will devote full effort to job responsibilities during work hours & perform these duties with a positive attitude with a high level of quality and workmanship.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 3 years experience on paving crew
- Self motivated, dedicated and hardworking
- Able to work well with others as well as on your own
- Able to work hard and execute physically demanding jobs
- Able to follow instruction and take direction from supervisors
- Adaptability to different job situations and a positive attitude are required
- Must be able and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to work long hours, overtime and weekends as required
- CSTS2020, WHMIS, and TDG
- Valid Class 5 drivers license & reliable transportation required
-Must be able to pass a pre-screening D & A test.
