URstore offers leading brands including Adidas, Nike, Russel, Duer, Ogio, Champion, North Face, Herschel and much more. We boast the latest digital print and embroidery equipment to help efficiently produce and deliver orders quickly all across North America.
As URstore?s Digital Marketing Coordinator, U?ll report directly to the founder and will be responsible for a variety of functions that are uniquely intertwined due to the nature of our digital business platform. You'll gladly multi-task and have experience in at least 3 of the digital marketing functions listed ; Retention marketing (Creative campaigns via Mail Chimp), Social engagement, Website content creation, SEO, Prospecting best practices & Performance Marketing..

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
*Marketing planning & strategy;*
* Help brainstorm & develop focused strategies & objectives to achieve the company sale targets.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
*Direct prospecting (email campaigns);*
* Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns to drive B2B lead generation.
* Conduct A/B testing to refine tactics and improve conversion rates.
* Analyze & measure results.
*Social engagement & Website content;*
* Create & execute compelling social posts to educate about our company brand & competitive advantages.
* Analyze and measure results.
* Create & update website content in alignment with the company key words & SEO best practices.
*Retention Marketing;*
* Create (on Canva or like software) & execute retention marketing campaigns (on Mail Chimp) to existing data bases.
* Utilize analytic to assess campaign & optimize performance.
*SEO;*
* Best practices - help implement & maintain SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
* Key words - develop & measure on page ranking.
* Backlinks - strategize & engage with partners.
* Utilize data analytic tools to assess performance and optimize strategies.

*KEY SKILL & QUALIFICATIONS:*
* *Social: *understanding of social best practices to educate & brand build.
* *Retention marketing* - experience in one of the common mail sender platforms.
* *B2B Lead Generation:* ability to create high quality B2B leads via direct prospecting best practices.
* *SEO:* basic knowledge of SEO best practices including the use of titles, meta tags, & backlinks.
* *Campaign Optimization:* experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other techniques to continuously improve performance.
* *Analytical Skills:* detail oriented & proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* *Certifications* (nice to have): relevant certifications such as SEMrush, Moz, HubSpot, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Certification, Google analytics, Mail Chimp etc.
