Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity . Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Estimate costs and materials. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Supervise other workers. Keep maintenance reports and documentation. Instruct apprentices. Inspect to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained. Conduct preventive maintenance programs. Professionalism in customer service. Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices. Personal suitability: Client focus.
