*Position Overview*
As a full-time Office Administrator/Dispatcher, you will be the main point of contact in the office for our clients. Your role is crucial for the overall success of the company! Our ideal candidate will have experience as an administrative assistant, is someone who has strong communication and problem-solving skills, who is organized, takes initiative, and strives for excellence. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
*Responsibilities*
* File receipts, expenses, and bills and diligently check for discrepancies on invoices
* Paying supplier statements and other company invoices and reconciling the statements each month
* Invoicing jobs upon their completion or as needed
* Receiving payments from clients
* Answering the phone and answering client?s questions or directing their call as necessary
* Maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems
* Running minor errands
*Qualifications *
* Administrative experience a strong asset
* Dispatching Experience
* Must be well organized and an independent self-starter
* Familiar with Google Workspace
* Experience using QuickBooks an asset
* Valid driver's license
