*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance options, providing expert advice, and ensuring they select the best policies to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. *Responsibilities* - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through inside sales efforts. - Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. - Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, terms, and conditions. - Assist in sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes and processing applications. - Provide ongoing customer service support to existing clients, addressing any questions or concerns. - Stay informed about market trends and changes in the insurance industry to better serve clients. *Requirements* - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to analyze information and provide sound recommendations based on client needs. - Familiarity with sales administration processes is beneficial. - A valid insurance license will be required, on job training can be provided.
