We are seeking a highly experienced and bilingual Senior Plant HR Manager to lead and support all human resources functions at our manufacturing facility. This individual will play a critical role in labor relations, workforce development, and compliance with Canadian employment standards. The ideal candidate brings deep HR expertise, preferably in unionized environments, and excels at communicating effectively in both English and French.Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic HR leadership and support to plant operations, driving initiatives in talent development, employee engagement, and performance management. Lead all aspects of labor relations, including union negotiations, grievance management, and collective agreement administration.
