Our client is a well-established and growing Quebec manufacturing company that designs, produces and ships quality solutions to its customers around the world. To support our international expansion, we are seeking a rigorous and experienced Logistics Coordinator with solid expertise in international customs regulations.<h4>Your day-to-day work</h4><ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and track international shipments, from factory exit to customer delivery.</li><li>Manage all customs-related aspects: export/import documentation, codification, compliance, Incoterms, and country-by-country requirements.</li><li>Be the internal expert on customs regulations ? advise the team on best practices and compliance requirements.</li><li>Work Work closely with carriers, brokers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and compliance.</li><li>Optimize logistics costs while maintaining a high level of service.</li><li>Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes and the maintenance of KPIs.</li></ul><h4>What we're looking for</h4><ul><li>Significant experience (10 years+) in international logistics, ideally in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Knowledge of customs regulations</li><li>Comfortable with ERP systems and logistics tracking tools.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent judgment.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-sensitive environment.</li><li>Bilingualism (French/English) ? essential for international exchanges.</li></ul><h4>Why join us</h4><ul><li>A key role in a rapidly expanding manufacturing company.</li><li>A caring, committed, and passionate team.</li><li>A practical, dynamic work environment where your ideas are welcome.</li><li>Competitive conditions, group insurance, and advancement opportunities.</li></ul>
