Armco continues to grow; both in business diversification, development, and its team of dedicated professionals.</p><p>We are searching for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Montreal.</p><p>As the Human Resource Generalist, you will provide support and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of human resources, payroll and benefit matters. </p><p>This position will require a Human Resource professional who is experienced and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment.</p><p>Specific job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Full cycle recruitment for all levels of positions within the organization.</li><li>Preparing, editing job descriptions and postings to relate to current and future needs in the organization.</li><li>Sourcing and working with various recruitment platforms and recruiters.</li><li>Assist with employee onboarding ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and their managers.</li><li>Initiate and assist with employee engagement and wellness initiatives.</li><li>Employee relations including providing guidance on policies and procedures, performance development, training.</li><li>Provide guidance and direction re: performance management and review processes.</li><li>Assist with benefit, payroll administration and data/file management.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration</li><li>3 years of experience as HR Generalist</li><li>Experience in real estate development, property management an asset</li><li>Knowledge of Payworks and ADP considered an asset.</li><li>Proven track record of effectively handling multiple projects simultaneously as well as ability to work at a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, complex environment.</li><li>High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.</li><li>Analytical, detail orientated and possess a business acumen</li><li>Possesses well-developed consensus-building and communications skills and can interface with all levels and functions within the organization.</li><li>Strong communication skills (French & English), both written and verbal.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software</li></ul><p>If this sound like a role suited for you, please submit your resume.</p><p>While we greatly appreciate all applicants, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.</p>
