* *Customer Service and Consultations:* Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations.
* *Product Knowledge and Trends:* Stay updated on skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends to provide informed advice and recommendations.
* *Sales and Transaction Management:* Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions, ensuring smooth operations, especially during cashier absence.
* *Achieving Sales Targets:* Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals, contributing to the team's overall success.
* *Store Operations* ? Support the day-to-day running of the store, including opening/closing duties, restocking, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organised space.
* *Communication and Feedback:* Communicate key stock updates, customer feedback, and team performance issues to the management team promptly and clearly.
* *Employee Support* ? Assist in supervising staff performance on the shop floor and support with basic training and mentoring for new or junior team members.
* *Other Tasks: *Help with any additional duties as requested by store management.

Pay: $17.75-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 35 per week
