*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will handle transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment. *This job is not suitable for a college or high school student.* The candidate for this position must be available to work most to all Sundays and Saturdays and anytime during the week. The candidate must not have any restrictions on days of work. Must be available all 7 days of the week to work during our business hours. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. * Process transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering. * Provide information about products and services, actively engaging in upselling opportunities. * Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to enhance customer experience. * Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy. * Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves as needed. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. *Skills* * Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. * Experience in sales with a strong ability to upsell products effectively. * Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
