*Job Description:* As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include installing and assembling prefabricated wall panels, constructing joisted floors, building decks, and performing back framing tasks. You will work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Install and assemble prefabricated wall panels according to project specifications and blueprints.
* Construct and install floor joists with precision and accuracy.
* Build and finish decks, ensuring structural integrity.
* Perform back framing tasks.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a Carpenter, with expertise in prefabricated walls, joist floors, deck building, and back framing.
* Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation.
