Works closely with Sales, BD, and customers to identify and close new business opportunities. Involved in defining program parameters or guiding internal research and development efforts. Directs the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of a contract. Ensures that all resources such as engineering staffing, production and facilities are available to successfully execute the program. Works with Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality to ensure on-time, on-target program performance. As part of the Program Management Team, manage programs/pursuits to achieve ADG quarterly orders, revenue, EBITDA & cash flow targets.</p><p><strong> </strong></p> <br> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor?s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related program/project experience</li><li>2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Fluency in both French & English, both oral and written.</li><li>Capacity for problem solving and continuous improvement.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>A working knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook ...).</li><li>Ability to work with and lead a cross-functional team.
