Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer. Janitorial service company. Budgetary responsibility: 0 - $100,000. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Plan and control budget and inventory. Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies. Hire, train and supervise staff. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Security and safety: Bondable. Basic security clearance. Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract). Medical exam. Eligible for professional liability insurance. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Fast-paced environment.
