*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a commitment to high-quality cleaning standards. *Duties* * Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cleaning and maintenance tasks. * Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. * Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly. * Carry out facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall cleanliness and functionality of the space. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility users promptly and professionally. * Adhere to safety protocols while performing cleaning duties to ensure personal safety and the safety of others. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Ability to communicate clearly with team members and facility users. * Experience with heavy lifting and operating power tools is a plus. * A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. * Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings.
