*Duties*
* Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area by regularly sanitizing tools and equipment.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care and styling.
* Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
* Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking clients in, and processing payments.
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.
*Experience*
* Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Experience in upselling services and retail products is a plus.
* Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
