*Overview* We're Hiring Gardeners! Love working outdoors and want to make a real impact? BMD Landscapes is seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves working outdoors to create and maintain beautiful gardens, ensuring that plants thrive and landscapes are aesthetically pleasing. The Gardener will utilize various hand and power tools to perform tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards. *Responsibilities* * Perform landscape maintenance, including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching. * Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners with proficiency. * Monitor plant health and identify issues such as pests or diseases. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and equipment. * Collaborate with team members. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred. * Familiarity with various plant species and their care requirements. * Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools safely. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. * Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * A passion for gardening and a willingness to learn new techniques. * Able to confidently drive a truck and trailer * Reliable vehicle and a clean driver's abstract * Speak & read English fluently for safe and effective communication with clients and team members This is more than just a job - it's a chance to be part of something beautiful.
