*Ideal Candidate:* Student interested in gaining experience in community wellness and eager to support staff with programs and event/fundraiser planning. Please submit a cover letter expressing your interest alongside your resume. *Location:* 254 Lakewood Blvd and work from home required *Reports to:* Program Manager *Position Length: 8 weeks (July 2 - August 27 , 2025)* *Number of Positions:* 1 *Position Summary* We are seeking a dynamic, multi-tasking, and personable student to help our growing charity. This role is ideal for someone who thinks independently, excels in a team environment, pays attention to detail, and is passionate about making a positive impact. *Program Coordinator Responsibilities:* * Program Coordination: assist in managing and promoting group fitness programs for individuals with a progressive disease. * Handle program registration and class setup & cleanup. * Aid participants in group fitness classes and demonstrate instructions. * Support safe movement during classes. * Conduct research into future programs. * Fundraising Support: Collaborate with a supervisor to plan and promote fundraising events. Organize logistics and participant coordination. *Required Skills/Qualifications:* * Currently a college or university student * Education in program planning, data collection, and program evaluation * Proficient with Google Suite, Acrobat and basic administrative tools * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent organization and time management skills * Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines *Assets:* * Basic experience with program or event coordination * Experience working with people with disabilities and an awareness of disability-related issues * Valid driver?s license and access to a personal vehicle *To Apply*: Please email your cover letter and resumé to jordana@uturnpd.org by Friday, May 30, 2025 at 4:30 PM CST.
