Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries. Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB). Provincial or territorial licence. Insurance experience: Automobile insurance. Travel insurance products. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication.
