<p><b><span>Intelligence Subject Matter Expert</span></b><span> </span></p><p><span>SKADRA is recruiting a military intelligence subject matter expert (SME) to support the Canadian defence. This person plays an essential role for tactical analysis, scenario design and development of intelligence systems.</span><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Key responsibilities:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Extract key information for military strategic and operational decision making, such as:</span><span> </span></li></ul><span>Situational awareness,</span><span> <br></span><span>Counter-insurgency operations (COIN),</span><span> <br></span><span>Intelligence preparation of the battlefield (IPB) or intelligence preparation of the operating environment (IPOE),</span><span> <br></span><span>Organizational, team and individual factors,</span><span> <br></span><span>Exploitation of information and actionable knowledge.</span><span> </span><br><ul><li><span>Develop representative military scenarios to evaluate intelligence in a broad range of operational conditions.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Develop systems and processes related to military intelligence (CAN-US-NATO).</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Plan, design and manage military intelligence exercises, wargames and experiments.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Provide advice related to military processes for the production, use and analysis of intelligence products, joint intelligence, and military requirements.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Develop training materials and conduct training courses.</span><span> </span></li></ul><p><b><span>Who we are</span></b><span> </span></p><p><span>Since 1999, SKADRA (previously LTI) develops impact solutions for the defence, manufacturing, biomedicine, wood transformation, and food transformation industries.
