The incumbent provides psychological assessment, formulation of DSM-5 diagnoses and therapeutic intervention, on an individual and group basis, to treat adults with addictions who have been admitted to the Centre for addiction treatment. This clinician applies psychological knowledge and principles in clinical practices related to crisis management, suicide risk assessment and substance related and addictive disorders.
