*P/T ADMINISTRATRATOR*
Squamish United Church is seeking an Administrator to work a part-time position of 13.5 hrs. per week (Tuesday to Friday but days/hours could be flexible). Responsibilities include the organization and co-ordination of office operations including administrative support, bookkeeping services, and managing facility rentals and bookings.
*SALARY*: $25.00 per hour.
*SKILLS REQUIRED*
* Proactive in planning and establishing priorities
* Proficient in bookkeeping practices
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be able to organize and maintain priorities and to multi-task
*JOB REQUIREMENTS*
* Relevant certificate or diploma from a recognized institution
* Experience working in a professional office is an asset
*Proficiency in the following:*
* MS Office Suite and Google Suite
* QuickBooks
* Mailchimp
* Social media platforms
* Rental booking management
* Website management and editing expertise
*Personal attributes desired:*
* Ability to work independently
* Able to meet and greet the public with ease
* Comfortable working within a church environment
