As we expand our operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Documentation Clerk to support our team.
*Position Overview:*
The Documentation Clerk will be responsible for managing and organizing essential documentation related to our logistics, supply chain, and export processes. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Maintain and organize all logistics and shipping documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping records.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents related to shipments, exports, and inventory.
* Assist the logistics team with the preparation of documents for customs and regulatory compliance.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of all necessary paperwork.
* Maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy access to records.
* Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and information flow.
* Handle general office administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and assisting with other office duties as needed.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in documentation, logistics, or supply chain management is an asset.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
* Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, or accounting paperwork is a plus.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
