*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This role requires strong time management skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks.
* Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
* Maintain supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
* Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any maintenance issues.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility occupants promptly.
* Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate hand tools and power tools safely.
* Strong time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
* Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
