Come participate in the manufacturing of renewable energy systems designed right here in Laval and installed throughout Quebec (and even internationally).<h3>Job Description</h3>We are looking for a versatile laborer to support our production team in the assembly, manufacturing, and preparation of solar and energy storage systems. You will be trained on-site to work with components such as solar panels, batteries, inverters, and control boxes.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Mechanical assembly of components (portable solar systems, enclosures, power stations, etc.)</li><li>Assist with wiring and component integration (training provided)</li><li>Participation in the manufacturing of housings and mechanical structures</li><li>Organization, storage, and maintenance of the production workshop</li><li>Support to technicians in the preparation of special projects (containers, mobile systems, etc.)</li><li>Strict adherence Occupational Health and Safety Standards</li></ul><h3>Required Profile</h3><ul><li>Workshop, assembly, or manufacturing experience (an asset)</li><li>Interest in renewable energy and manual labor</li><li>Ability to work physically (lift up to 22 kg)</li><li>Basic knowledge of hand and power tools</li><li>Organizational skills, teamwork, and autonomy</li><li>Forklift license (an asset ? training available if necessary)</li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and skills</li><li>Stable employment in a well-established company since 2003</li><li>Friendly atmosphere and family spirit</li><li>Varied and concrete projects every week</li><li>Continuing education and apprenticeship opportunities</li><li>Benefits through the TEDY program (including telemedicine)</li><li>Opportunities for advancement within the team</li><li>Social events and involvement in motivating projects</li></ul>
