*Job Overview:* We are seeking a *highly skilled individual* with experience in all aspects of the renovation process who thrives in a team environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge in both *residential and commercial* renovation, and is confident with a wide range of construction tasks from framing to finishing. *Key Responsibilities:* * Prepare construction sites daily and clean up at end of day * Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively * Execute a range of tasks including: * *Framing, drywall, taping, painting* * *Trim work (baseboards, casings), doors/windows installation* * *Cabinetry, tile, and hard surface flooring installation* * *Basic plumbing (toilet installs, reconnections)* * *Basic electrical work* * *Exterior work and insulation* * Assist in all phases of construction projects * Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work site * Lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a variety of environments * Work in outdoor, confined, or high places, and during inclement weather * Load/unload materials and move tools as required * Work independently and follow directions accurately * Punctuality is mandatory * Perform other duties as needed *Qualifications & Skills:* * Minimum *3 years* of hands-on construction/renovation experience * Strong working knowledge of construction processes and safety protocols * Ontario Building Code (OBC) knowledge is an asset * Comfortable with power tools and able to work unsupervised * Ability to read and interpret instructions and follow direction closely * Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic * Effective communication in English (spoken and written) * Valid *driver?s license* and reliable transportation * Willingness to travel to different job sites * High school diploma or equivalent * Positive attitude and strong team player Pay Benefit: 45k-60k per year *Benefits:* * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Vision care *Schedule:* 8-hour shifts * Monday to Friday * In-person work only Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
