*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to our clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services that enhance the appearance and well-being of our clients, while also promoting a welcoming and relaxing environment. *Duties* * Perform various skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions. * Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and techniques. * Provide makeup application services tailored to individual client needs. * Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. * Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. * Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the standards of hospitality within the establishment. *Qualifications* * Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations. * Experience in eyelash extensions, body waxing, and makeup application is highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques, with the ability to perform product demos effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality is a plus. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
