*General Summary*
The Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring that accounts and financial records meet Latecoere ?s standards and criteria. Their duties include analyzing financial documents, recording and verifying transactions as well as, preparing of all required Corporate and Site financial entries and reports and leading Month-End activities. Additionally, this position is required to prepare and assist with periodic audit working papers including liaison with external Auditors.
*Primary Responsibilities *
· Preparation of all monthly financial related Corporate and Site journal entries.
· Preparation of an accurate completed monthly Corporate and Site trial balance.
· Assistance and preparation of external audit working papers, along with liaison with external Auditors as required.
· Monitor incoming and outgoing expenditures.
· Prepare weekly past due Accounts Payable analysis, along with regular consolidated Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable summaries.
· Lead the semi-annual Bank field exams, including preparation of working papers and liaison with Field Examiners.
· Preparation and completion of a monthly site Bank reconciliation.
· Other ad-hoc Corporate or Treasury duties as required.
*Qualifications and Experience *
· Business School with a Finance degree or equivalent Accounting related experience.
· Minimum 3 years accounting experience
· Demonstrated experience in a relevant Finance related position.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other financial related software.
· Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems.
· Experience with power query and power BI
· Detail-oriented and accurate with financial related reporting.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
