*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks, including building structures, reading blueprints, and utilizing power tools. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. The Carpenter/Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. *Duties* * Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, decking and fencing materials. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications. * Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. * operate small excavating machinery. * Assist in roofing projects by assembling materials and ensuring structural integrity. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry. * Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. * Ability to operate various power tools safely (e.g., saws, drills). * Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
