Description The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our Parking sites, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained to optimize performance, safety, and efficiency. This role includes managing a team of maintenance staff, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Available to Start Immediately Temporary Job - 1 Year contract Key Responsibilities Maintenance Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, ensuring smooth functioning of all equipment Develop and implement maintenance schedules for routine inspections and repairs. Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance equipment breakdowns and malfunctions promptly.- LocationWinnipeg, MB
