When winter nears we shift gears and focus on snow & ice management. As with all things great, PSBC encourages our team members to take pride in their work and showcase their skills and personalities adding a unique touch.</p><p>We are looking for an energetic leader with exceptional communication skills who share our passion for horticulture.</p><ul><li><strong><em>competitive wages $21-26</em></strong></li></ul><ul><li><strong><em>numerous opportunities for growth</em></strong></li></ul><ul><li><strong><em>welcoming work environment</em></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct landscaping tasks (mowing, irrigation, planting, tree maintenance, spring cleaning, fall preparation)</li><li>Be responsible for the quality and condition of the services provided</li><li>Communicate plans and provide reports to management</li><li>Conduct various snow & ice management tasks (de-icing via salt spreaders, snow removal via plow and shovel)</li><li>Operate landscaping & snow/ice management equipment and vehicles</li><li>Scout the properties and maintain appropriate documentation in a timely manner</li><li>Use various phone applications to complete work orders and gather relevant data regarding the scope of the projects</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 1year of experience in the landscaping field</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver timely results</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in a physically intensive environment in various weather conditions</li></ul><ul><li>Education in Horticulture or Red Seal Certificate preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License</li></ul><ul><li>CPR & First Aid Certification is an asset</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Property Services BC is a locally owned and operated landscaping company that strives to deliver quality services to clients in Metro Vancouver.
