Canaray has doubled in size every 3 years since its inception in November 2011. \*\*\*This position is a full-time Customer Service/ Front Desk Reception position. The person hired for this position is required on weekends and weekdays. *Duties* Duties include and are not limited to: * Telephone customer service support * Schedule, confirm, modify appointments * Proofreading radiology reports * Printing, mailing and filing * Data processing * \*Manipulating Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) Dicom files * \*Segmentation of 3D data * Following patient privacy regulations * Consistent sanitization and ensure all COVID policies are being followed \*Training will be provided, no experience necessary *Skills:* Mandatory * Sound oral and written communication skills * Adaptability to changing technology * Ability to learn new terms and skillsets * Proficient computer literacy *Relationships:* * Working under the direct supervision of an Oral maxillofacial radiologist * Receiving feedback from staff radiologists and other support staff * Providing coaching to fellow support staff *Site:* Canaray provides the GTA with efficient oral radiology services.
