We?re Pong Game Studios, and we need more stellar people like you to join our team! *Who You Are* As our Project Manager, you?ll be the glue between game designers, developers, artists, QA, and stakeholders, and report to the Program Director. You?re passionate about clear communication, skilled in Jira and Confluence, and thrive in driving delivery without surprises. *What You?ll Do* · Own the full project lifecycle for multiple slot game titles?managing scope, schedules, resources, and risks · Run efficient sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives · Build and maintain detailed Jira boards: custom workflows, automation rules, and dashboard reporting · Create and organize product and process documentation in Confluence · Track dependencies and proactively mitigate blockers across departments (art, dev, QA, sound, compliance) · Collaborate with producers, game designers, and engineers to define realistic timelines and maintain velocity · Ensure compliance requirements and release processes (e.g., GLI certifications, jurisdictional readiness) are integrated into the project schedule · Facilitate internal playtests and milestone reviews · Report project status and KPIs to leadership regularly and transparently *What We're Looking For* · *Advanced, hands-on Jira skills* (building and maintaining custom workflows, filters, project dashboards, automation, and reports) · *Hands-on ability to structure and manage Confluence* (structuring spaces, documentation systems, templates) · *Strong understanding of* *Agile methodologies* (Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid) · *3-5 years* of project management experience in *game development*, ideally in casino, casual, or mobile games · Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating across departments (art, development, QA, compliance), and delivering on time · Stellar communication and organizational skills?verbal, written, and visual · Comfort working in *fast-paced, iterative environments* where scope and priorities may shift *Bonus Points* · Familiarity with slot game development, game engines (Cocos preferred), and production pipelines is a big plus · Knowledge of RNG certification processes (GLI, BMM) or jurisdictional compliance in gaming · Experience in iGaming or real-money gaming environments · PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday Application question(s): * Have you worked in game development, ideally in casino, casual, or mobile game environments?
