* Provide *exceptional guest service* in the restaurant, bar, and occasional catered events. * Provide warm and attentive service, making each guest feel valued and welcomed. * Accurately take beverage orders, communicate special requests with servers and to the kitchen, and deliver orders promptly. * Offer *menu recommendations*, including *wine pairings * * Stay well-informed about daily specials, seasonal trends, and cocktail offerings. * Educate guests on the restaurant?s unique culinary offerings and special events. * Maintain *clean and organized service areas*. * Assist with private dining experiences, special catered events, and yacht-side service for marina guests. * Prepare and serve *cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages*. * Create *signature drinks* tailored to restaurant guests and marina VIPs. * Ensure *responsible alcohol service* and follow liquor regulations. * Maintain *bar inventory, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep*. * Provide *efficient and friendly service* during both restaurant hours and private events. *Summary* As a Bartender, you will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service to our patrons. Your core skills in bartending, serving, and food safety will enable you to craft beverages, manage orders, and ensure compliance with health regulations. With premium skills in POS systems and restaurant experience, you will efficiently handle transactions and enhance the guest experience. Your relevant skills in hospitality, cash handling, and basic math will further support our commitment to excellence in service.
