Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted. File, grind and sand body surfaces to be repaired. Clean and maintain work space. Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks. Overtime required.
