*House Manager / Personal Support Worker*

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced *House Manager / Personal Support Worker* to manage the daily operations of a private home and provide care for a gentleman with early-stage dementia. The household includes *five family members*, and the ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, well-run environment while offering attentive, respectful support.
*Responsibilities*
*Household Management:*
* Perform *light cleaning*, tidying, laundry, and general home upkeep.
* Prepare and cook *nutritious daily meals for five family members*.
* Manage grocery shopping and kitchen organization.
* Coordinate basic home maintenance when needed.
*Caregiving:*
* Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
* Support mobility and administer medications as directed.
* Provide companionship and report health changes to the family or healthcare team.
*Pet Care:*
* Care for *two small dogs and two parrots*, including feeding and light cleaning.
*Requirements*
* Experience in private home care and household management.
* Confident cooking skills; able to prepare meals for a family of five.
* Familiarity with dementia care is a strong asset.
* Comfortable with light cleaning and pet care.
* Reliable, discreet, and compassionate with strong communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 25 per week
