Trilogy Solutions Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable *Web Services Manager* to oversee client account coordination, support for web and server management, and administrative financial tasks. In this role, you?ll work across departments, manage timelines, coordinate communications between clients and developers, and maintain accurate records across systems. We?re seeking someone proactive, capable of keeping projects on track, and anticipating issues while communicating clearly with both clients and developers. *Key Responsibilities:*
*Project & Client Coordination:*
* Oversee onboarding and offboarding of clients across systems like Google Drive, ClickUp, and QuickBooks
* Collaborate with developers and internal teams to scope and launch projects
* Prepare project estimates, agreements, and ensure timelines are met
* Review mockups and builds for quality assurance
* Meet with clients via Zoom to ensure alignment on deliverables
* Support new developer onboarding, trials, and communication
* Participate in occasional social media content, including team features
*Server & Domain Administration Support:*
* Manage domain records and renewals via CanSpace
* Coordinate with server administrators for technical escalations, DNS changes, and transfers
* Assign and track server-related tasks in ClickUp
* Monitor the devops@ inbox and provide status updates
* Review and file monthly maintenance reports
*Administrative & Account Management:*
* File contractor invoices and maintain organized client records
* Monitor and respond to internal system alerts and maintenance tasks
*Content Creation:*
* Participate in content filming and photoshoots as part of the team?s media efforts (mandatory)
*Qualifications:*
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Experience coordinating digital workflows and systems
* Familiarity with domain and server environments
* Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
* Clear, professional communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Must be local to the Shuswap region
