We are expanding again!!! Walkers Rig welding is looking for the right candidates to join our growing team. Duties include - Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools - Read and interpret engineering blueprints to understand project specifications - Operate tools and machinery including grinders, drill presses, and saws to assist in the fabrication process - Utilize cranes and other mechanically assisted lifting devices to move materials and complete projects efficiently - Complete repairs to customers equipment following written and oral instructions Qualifications - Proficiency in fitting, welding, and assembling metal parts - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately - Experience using cranes, power tools, and measuring devices - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues during the fabrication process - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in welding projects Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship Pay: $23.14-$40.33 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Store discount * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationLeduc, AB
