*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead Lagree Fitness classes with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Design and execute effective workouts using the Mini Pro (our newest Lagree reformer on the market).
* Build rapport with clients, and create a personalized experience, while offering modifications and adjustments to ensure proper alignment during the classes.
· Assist with studio operations, including equipment setup and maintenance, class scheduling, and client check-in as needed.
*Qualifications:*
· *We are looking for Reformer Pilates Instructors, Group Fitness Instructors and/or Lagree Instructors. *
· The ability to communicate anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology to clients during class and if questions arise.
· Time management is key! Be on time, so our classes stay on schedule.
· Experience with transitions during classes, so there is a seamless flow.
· Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for motivating and empowering others to achieve their fitness goals.
· *CPR/AED certification required.*
· Flexible availability to teach classes during mornings, evenings, and weekends.
