SummaryWe're looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Architect that is an Oracle OSM Infrastructure Specialist with strong hands-on experience in enterprise application support, infrastructure operations, and DevOps practices. This role is focused on the infrastructure, deployment, and operational support of Oracle OSM, with growing involvement in our OpenShift migration and DevOps automation.You will be responsible for supporting and evolving the infrastructure that underpins Oracle OSM, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability. You'll also play a key role in our OpenShift migration and automation initiatives, helping to streamline deployments and improve operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOracle OSM Infrastructure Operations :Manage and maintain Oracle OSM environments across development, test, and production.Perform environment provisioning, patching, configuration, and refreshes.Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of OSM infrastructure, including proactive monitoring and tuning.Support Bell's customized implementations of Oracle OSM, Siebel, and SOA, with an understanding of their interdependencies and performance characteristics.Hands-On Development in Support of Infrastructure:Contribute to cartridge deployment and configuration activities, including orchestration plan updates and order flow adjustments.Assist in debugging and resolving order fallout and orchestration issues, working closely with development teams.Apply scripting and light development skills (e.g., XML, XSLT, Java, shell scripting) to support automation, configuration, and integration tasks.OpenShift Migration & Modernization:Support the migration of OSM components to OpenShift, including containerization and deployment.Assist in designing and implementing OpenShift-native infrastructure solutions that meet Bell's performance, security, and compliance standards.DevOps & CI/CD Automation:Use tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, and OpenShift Pipelines to automate deployments and environment provisioning.Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for OSM cartridges and infrastructure components.Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Optimization:Use tools such as Dynatrace, ELK, and Prometheus to monitor system health and performance.Investigate and resolve infrastructure and application-level issues, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.Security & Compliance:Support the implementation of security controls and vulnerability management processes.Ensure infrastructure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.Collaboration & Agile Delivery:Work closely with product owners, developers, and offshore teams to support Agile delivery cycles.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to align infrastructure and development work with business priorities.Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure architecture, cartridge deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.Contribute to internal knowledge transfer, onboarding materials, and support guides to strengthen in-house capabilities.Decisive Problem Solver:?Proactively addresses complex challeng
