* Serve as a property ambassador and primary point of contact
* Responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests and workers
* Be proactive
* Open the door for residents
* Help deliver groceries and other parcels
* Interact with all residents and guests in a pleasant and professional manner
* Answer the security and service phone and respond to calls accordingly
* Receive and process incoming deliveries, shipments and or mail/packages
* Ensure Le Fort de la Montagne policies & procedures for first class service are followed
* Conduct inspection throughout buildings and outside grounds
* Survey security cameras and issue reports
* Supervise contractors in the building
* Report any problems to administration
* Always make sure that the lobby, main entrance and your workstations are neat and tidy
* Ensure your work stations are left clean after your shift
* Uniform provided by administration after 3 months? probation period ? prior to receiving uniform must wear similar coloured clothing
