SummaryThe Director of Base Marketing is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement within our established Wireline & Wireless customer base. In addition, the Director will take on the role of supporting the marketing organization through the evolution of Martech tools, helping define the future of Journey Marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in customer onboarding, engagement and loyalty initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer segmentation, data analytics, and marketing automation tools, including marketing cloud, and is able to motivate and support a team of marketing professionals. Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the Martech evolution within the marketing teamPartner closely with technical teams, business intelligence and marketing communications, etc. to identify use cases & journeys and introduce new workflowsDetermine roadmap to optimize use of Martech capabilities to drive optimal sales, loyalty and customer engagement, including leveraging AI toolsAct as a change agent within the organization, helping peers fully capitalize on the Martech platformDevelop and implement marketing plans focused on maximizing customer lifetime value within the existing customer base.Maximize customer engagement through the first 30 days optimizing the onboarding journeyIdentify opportunities and execute programs to drive accretive customer migrations (x-brand, x-network, x-billing and x-wireless account type initiatives)Support Product led new product introduction / decommission initiatives by identifying base impacts and executing changes to onboarding and recommended base communications as applicableManage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goalsAdditional ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement in customer engagementDevelop and manage marketing & print & mail budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resourcesCollaborate with other departments (sales, product, BI, marketing communication, customer service) to ensure a cohesive customer experienceTrack and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
