*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. If you are passionate about helping others and possess strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary. * Good knowledge of fresh flowers. * Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive interaction with customers. * Communicate product information clearly and assist customers with their purchases or inquiries. * Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. * Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers. * Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. *Requirements* * Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates (especially Spanish) are highly desirable. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. * Willing to work longer hours during industry holiday sales period. * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
