This position requires excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving as you will engage with clients and give them advice on their skincare concerns. *Responsibilities* * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system while handling cash efficiently. * Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance. * Keep the sales area organized and well-stocked, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers. * Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. * Assist in training new staff on sales techniques and customer service best practices. *Experience* * Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is beneficial. * Multilingual or bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * A passion for technology sales or related products is a plus, as it will help in engaging customers effectively.
