We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment where creativity and technical expertise thrive. *We?re hiring: Front-End Developer (UI Engineer)* Join our team to help build fast, responsive, and intuitive web applications that work across platforms. We?re looking for someone passionate about clean code, seamless user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams from design to QA. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop and maintain modern, high-performance web applications * Collaborate with design, UX, and back-end teams to deliver seamless user interfaces * Write clean, semantic HTML5 and modular CSS3 * Build interactive features using JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX * Tackle technical challenges creatively throughout the product lifecycle * Contribute to back-end integration and work on server-side scripting when needed * Participate in code reviews and share knowledge across the team *Requirements* * 4+ years of professional experience developing modern web applications * Strong command of *HTML5*, *CSS3*, and familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS) * 4+ years of experience with *JavaScript*, *jQuery*, and *AJAX* * At least 1 year working with *server-side scripting languages* like PHP, Python, or Ruby * Experience with *version control systems* (Git preferred) * Solid understanding of *responsive design* principles and implementation * Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment * Familiarity with customizing *Content Management Systems* * Exposure to LAMP-based server environments * Experience in *Agile teams* and a background in UX or design is a plus * Bonus points for contributions to open-source projects Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * HTML5: 1 year (preferred) * CSS3: 1 year (preferred) * JavaScript: 1 year (preferred) * jQuery: 1 year (preferred) * AJAX: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationVancouver, BC
