Your role will include the following:SOC Operator is a shift lead role, responsible for the oversight of the security platoonResponsible for orienting guards to their respective rolesAssist in tracking and deployment of security staffMonitor and operate numerous command centre systems including, access control, CCTV, fire and life safety. Make emergency overhead announcementsCollaborate with the Security Coordinator on special projectsAssist in training new staffAnswer Telephones and dispatch calls from the command centreHandle a variety of dispatch duties including incident call taking.
