You'll work collaboratively with a team of professionals, managing the performance and risk profile of Bell, balancing the needs of customers, investors and team members with long-term business success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast and analyze channel partner performance focusing on expense managementConduct thorough variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies between actual and projected results, presenting findings to senior management.Prepare and present insightful financial reports and presentations to Vice Presidents and other key stakeholders.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business primes, consolidation and controllers teamsImplement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.Develop and implement innovative approaches to improve financial reporting and analysis efficiencyEnsure the timely completion of month-end close processes and reporting deliverables.Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks, providing recommendations for improvement.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the channel partner landscape and industry best practices.Manage and approve budget transfers within established guidelines and procedures.Critical QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in either accounting/finance, business/commerce and/or previous financial reporting experience2-3 years in similar finance and/or accounting role Working knowledge of S4 Hana and associated accounting systemsDemonstrated expertise in utilizing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, including SAP and BPCAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to develop complex financial models and perform data analysisProven ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExperience preparing and leading presentations to all levels of executive Anglais requis : Interaction avec des parties prenantes anglophones à travers le Canada.#EmployeeReferralProgramAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
